    Product wonderful but

Posted by Eric Sundberg on Dec 29th 2014

I am very pleased with this produce and the other item I bought at the same time! High quality! I would buy more from this company....HOWEVER....I ordered the item early in December (first week, maybe even as early as Dec. 4) and it said it was IN STOCK (other items I wanted were not in stock so I did not order them....)....so I placed the order and expected an item "in stock" to be shipped relatively soon. I called the week before Christmas and was told the company ships to places father away before they ship to places closer (I'm on the east coast and was told they would ship west coast items first) and that my order would be shipped "next week" (which was the week of Christmas)...this WAS a Christmas present. So, I was not sure I would have the gift in time for Christmas so I had to make other plans. I guess the good news is it came before Christmas...it came Dec. 24 in the afternoon. I just feel if I order something in stock early Dec. that the order would have been filled and shipped asap....just my opinion.....Again...I am very pleased with the product....just not thrilled with the manner that the order was processed. Maybe I'm not seeing something.......anyway...those are my thoughts.....Have a great day, everyone!
