Peterboro Basket’s largest bicycle basket, the Peterboro Original Extra Large Bicycle Basket will accommodate a small dog or cat for your bicycle outings. Because of its large size, this bike basket is great for cruisers and touring cycles. It attaches securely to your bicycle with the included two-8 oz. shoulder genuine leather straps.

This basket is available in Honey, Cherry and Driftwood Gray finishes, and also in Black, Pink, Blue, and Whitewash, as well as in Natural ash. It comes with our Peterboro brass medallion and limited lifetime warranty. The basket measures approx.: 16¼"L x 12¼"W x 10"H

Extra large bike basket

I searched everywhere for the perfect basket and I finally saw these BEAUTIFUL baskets from my little home area in NH and they were priced no higher than some of the cheaply made ones on other sites that were terribly rated. So I bought them and could NOT BE MORE PLEASED!! Customer service was great as always!! I am so happy I made this purchase and it looks beautiful on my bike. I know that this basket will hold up since these are so well made. I also love that they are actually big enough to be useful not just sit on the front of my bike.

Quality Bicycle Basket

I love my new bicycle basket. I haven’t had a basket on my bike since I was a kid and I rode around with my poodle in the basket. The quality is amazing and it is very roomy. Now all I need is a little dog to take for a ride.

Basket is perfect

This is the second basket I have purchased and I love it. The first one I had for over 5 years (I leave my bike outside) and it lasted so well. I highly reccomend the basket. Love the large size and I get lots of compliments on it.

Best Bike Basket Ever

I just purchased my second one to replace the first one that I bought 4 years ago and left sitting out in the weather the whole time when it was not carrying my 37 pound dog. Can't say enough about how tough these baskets are - a bargain at the price. I will be a lifelong customer.

Super Big and Super Beautiful

I upgraded to the original extra-large bicycle basket from the original large, which I have owned for many years. I needed a little more room, and this new basket is the perfect size for me. It's great to fit a hoodie, picnic blanket, or a large shopping bag. My favorite thing to use it for, however, is an insulated bag filled with dinner-for-two for a picnic date that my husband and I have during the spring, summer, and fall months.! Perfect for summer errands (if they're not too heavy)

I bought this basket in honey to use for running errands. The color was a little brighter than I'd expected, but I think that will change soon. This size is perfect for fitting in a bag of groceries, but keep in mind that it's not designed for heavy loads. It was weighing down on my front fender until I found a stand that it rests on. Now I fill it up and have no problems. The customer service of this company was great and really helpful.
