Peterboro Gathering Basket

There are so many options on how to use the Peterboro Gathering Basket that it is sure to find a many places in your home. Keep your magazines and catalogs in one convenient place or use it as a tote for linens. This basket is perfect for collecting your fresh home-grown produce from your garden or for gathering wildflowers in the field and, on sunny days, this basket is convenient to take your place settings to the picnic table.

The basket is available in Honey, Cherry, Driftwood Gray, Sage Green, and Carmine Red finishes, as well as in Natural White Ash. It comes with the Peterboro Basket brass medallion and limited lifetime warranty. The basket measures approx.: 19½"L x 13¼"W x 4"H.

Peterboro Basket Company is the only manufacturer of this “one-of-a-kind” basket design. The basket is handcrafted in the USA from hardwood Appalachian Ash and 100% American-made materials. All of the hardware has been brass coated to help prevent rusting.

    I purchased the gathering basket to use in our vegetable garden as well as for gathering lavender. It is the perfect size for my purposes and I am well acquainted with the fine quality of Peterboro products. I like the fact that it has two handles for even balance while carrying a load of veggies to the kitchen. I am confident it will give me years of good use!

    I was looking for a "Longaberger" substitute. It is a fine basket, but a little rough, not as 'finished' as I would have liked

    These baskets are worth the wait! It is clean, no splinters and made to last a lifetime. I would definitely purchase another basket from this company and will do so soon as I need something a bit deeper than this - but will happily use this one until I do order again!
