Limited Edition Historic Peterboro Basket Company Storage Basket

The Peterboro Basket company has been manufacturing 100% American-made baskets since 1854. There are no known photos from that first year, but in the archives, a number of old photographs have surfaced showing basket deliveries, amusing situations with basket weavers, and Peterbroro factories — both inside and out — throughout the years.

The Limited Edition Historic Peterboro Basket Company Storage Basket features four photos from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, laser engraved into a solid cherry hardwood top. A knob is attached to the lid for easy removal. The basket is handwoven in the Peterboro magazine basket style with feet to keep the basket steady and off the floor. A long swing handle runs the width of the basket to make for easy carrying.
