YOUR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY Peterboro Basket Company warrants its baskets only to the original purchaser, to be free from defective materials and workmanship. Under this warranty the basket will be repaired or replaced, at our option, without charge, when returned to Peterboro Basket Company at the following address: Peterboro Basket Company Attn: Customer Service Dept. P.O. Box 120, 130 Grove Street Peterborough, NH 03458 This warranty does not apply to any baskets which have been damaged or defaced, nor to any baskets subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, nor to any baskets altered or repaired by other than Peterboro Basket Company. The period of this warranty is for the lifetime of the original purchaser from the date of purchase. Some baskets may include accessories or parts manufactured by other companies. Such accessories and parts are sold AS IS and are not to be covered by this or any other warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, from Peterboro Basket Company. Any claim involving any such accessory or part must be brought directly against the original manufacturer. Peterboro Basket Company cannot be responsible for assisting with or responding to any such claim. THIS SHALL BE THE LIFETIME WARRANTY OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. IN NO EVENT SHALL PETERBORO BASKET COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR FOR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER RESULTING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR TORT. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
