Just received my basket last week and it is just lovely! Added the personalized plate to it so it doesn't wander off...It is large and deep and perfect for picnics, car trips or hauling food to parties. Great quality as usual with great service. Thanks from Omaha, Nebraska!

I LOVE this basket. It is a generous size, but not too big. I use one for bread--it sure makes the countertop look so much more organized and matches my cabinets nicely. I have another one in the bedroom. I use a small oval table with a shelf underneath as a nightstand. I have it on the shelf and have a flashlight and a few other things tucked inside (and out of sight). You won’t be disappointed with this!

This basket hasn't been carried around much, but it holds a great deal, and we've had a LOT of laundry piled on top of it before and it didn't buckle or anything. It's the only Peterboro basket I have in cherry and I love it! I'll get more in the cherry one day...

I live in a small area so I have a few of these along my bed holding books and misc things. The handles are REALLY handy and haven't come loose in the time I've had them (one of the baskets is very heavy-books are heavy). I also have another version that has feet on the bottom, I love that one too! I love it somewhat more only becuase if it was on the floor I wouldn't worry about floor issues touching the wood.

I loved mine so much I bought some as wedding gifts! Don't think if this as just a bathroom storage basket, it can be used for almost anything. I have tons of lotion and perfume stored in mine- they're easy to grab becuase it's open, and holds a lot becuase it's deep. Made a gift basket with these for the brides/weddings, they loved them!

I ordered the cupcake insert and love this basket. I just wish you could order the muffin insert separately. I have so many Peterboro baskets I don't have room for each insert to have it's own basket! I have been impressed with every basket I have ordered from Peterboro and sing their praises whenever anyone asks me about a basket, which happens quite frequently because I use one of the smaller baskets as a purse.

I love all of my Peterboro baskets but this one is at the top of my list. I have the smaller version of it but it was just too small. My husband & son like 2 different kinds of bread so one was always left sitting out. With this one I can have both loaves in there plus other snacks. I love it!

I am so glad I finally bought this! My cat weighs 12lbs and I was worried she would be too big, but she loves it and the vet staff say the size is good for her. She can turn around but I think she feels more secure because she doesn't slide around in it! I get many compliments on it!

I have had this pie basket for many yrs and just love it...Use it often and it is so easy to take my pies places....plus if the other lady had waited a few days plus set the baskets by a heat vent and let them dry quicker...she could have used them...

I looked for suitable pie baskets as gifts for my sister and daughter-in-law for a long time. I planned to make pies to include with the baskets for Christmas. I ordered the personalized "My Pie Basket" They arrived on 12/19th in time for Christmas, However, they reek of chemicals (stain) that permeate the house.How am I supposed to give these baskets as gifts, never mind putting pies inside them, I can't imagine. I don't remember reading any disclaimers about odors. I'm sending them back and going out shopping (at the last minute) to find gifts for my two best friends. And by the way, I did all my Christmas shopping online this year and this was my first complaint and it is a doozy. Will be giving Gift Cards, I guess. Bah Humbug. Maybe it's come to that. Bah Humbug!

I love this basket! I use it in the master bathroom. It keeps all those necessities: powder, shaving cream, lotions, etc. within reach and it spins! Everything is in one spot and NEAT. As a hint - I put a paper coffee filter in the bottom to keep it clean!

We typically use this basket as storage for 2 loaves of bread, a bag of chips, and a package tortilla shells. I love it, and would recommend this product to those looking for kitchen storage. It looks nice on my counter top, and I receive compliments on this basket.

I was skeptical about this basket when I ordered it, but it works extremely well. My cats love baskets and taking them to the vet in one of their favorite things is something I was already doing (I would put them inside a pillow case and carry them in one of my laundry baskets). I'm going to make a cover w/a slit in it to put the handle through, because they have less distress when they cannot see the dogs in the vets office.

I purchased 2 of these baskets several years ago from QVC and was dissatisfied w/them, because my hanging file folders kept falling into the baskets, as there was no lip or edge for the hangers to hold onto. Just recently, my father, who is now 86, moved back to our hometown, Wichita,KS, and he is a woodworker. He modified the sides of the opening on my file baskets and now they work fabulously! Had they come this way originally, my rating would have been 5 stars. I love my baskets, though! I think I am one of Peterboro's best customers.:-)

I have one of these sitting on the island between my kitchen and great room all the time. The plastic protectors are great for disposing of bits of trash and pet hair that I later dump in the trash can. Oh, and they're great for peanut-in-the-shell, too.

Received this basket a couple of months ago and I just love it! It is the perfect size laundry basket and I love the leather handles. I have another one that I ordered years ago and am still using it and it is like brand new! I would highly recommend Peterboro baskets. I also think they are priced well.

I love this basket...it is great for trips to the post office and holds most packages I need to mail. The one thing that would make it better is a plastic liner/protector to protect the splints from wear and tear.

This is another favorite basket design, and so useful with the lower front and higher back. The practicality of the open storage, angled basket can't be understated! I'm only giving it 4 stars because the MOST useful size of this basket, as well as the most stable for holding books, is this basket design in the 13 1/4" x 13 1/4" size <-- this basket can still be found as a Bread Basket in the kitchen section of Peterboro, but you'd have to remove the wooden hinged lid to hold book collections as the basket is no longer open storage. I have used our 13 1/4" x 13 1/4" angled open storage basket for several years now to hold collections of books on a shelf (we are homeschoolers). This basket is ideal because the basket contains the books, while the lower front means that a book can be removed easily. The wide, square base is stable and means the basket doesn't tip. Peterboro....PLEASE bring back the 13 1/4" x 13 1/4" angled open storage basket!! Until then, this basket would make a good substitute, although probably not as stable without the square base, and certainly wouldn't hold as many books at 9 1/4" wide. I do love the design though!

I ordered two sets of these to organize my kids' large shared closet since there is not enough room for a dresser. They work out really well as an alternative to sock or underwear drawer and the baskets make the closet look so lovely and organized.

This is a beautiful knitting basket. It is large & very sturdy to hold knitting supplies & patterns. The liner (purchased separately) makes it especially durable because of the two large end pockets to separate needles from the yarn. The clear acrylic lid makes it easy to see your items as well as keep the yarn you are working with from tangling. This is an ideal crochet/knitting basket & would make an ideal gift...although I'm keeping mine for myself ;-). Connie Fogelsville, PA
