I purchased 2 of these baskets several years ago from QVC and was dissatisfied w/them, because my hanging file folders kept falling into the baskets, as there was no lip or edge for the hangers to hold onto. Just recently, my father, who is now 86, moved back to our hometown, Wichita,KS, and he is a woodworker. He modified the sides of the opening on my file baskets and now they work fabulously! Had they come this way originally, my rating would have been 5 stars. I love my baskets, though! I think I am one of Peterboro's best customers.:-)

Hi Received my file basket today. It is an attractive looking basket and I am going to use it to store my magazines and I will put in by my living chair for convenient access. The workmanship is great as usual. The shipping was very prompt. Thanks for making such great products.

I love this File Basket. We have a file for each child's class which holds teacher newsletters and their homework. We also have a take out menu file, recipe file, school directory and lunch menu file, bills file, ect. I have a neat and tidy kitchen counter and my kids and husband can find things with out my help!
